About the Role

• Lead and orchestrate the development of advertising and communication projects, from conceptual to development stage for delivering high quality works.
• Day-to-day liaison with clients in respond to their communication requests.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive requests.
• Quality, timeline and budget control.

About the Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign management for key clients, ensuring seamless communication of core messages across various teams.
• Deliver creative strategy by translating consumer and industry/market insights into compelling creative platforms.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to devise, develop, and oversee communication strategies across multiple accounts, aiming to surpass client expectations.
• Receive and interpret project briefs from clients, coordinating with creative/digital/social/media/production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client objectives.
• Lead the development of a variety of ATL/BTL/Social/Digital creative deliverables.
• Lead and coach a small account service team.
• Lead regular client meetings and presentations in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

About You

• Bachelor Degree or above. Must have 8 years or more of working experience in multinational advertising agencies.
• The role will be responsible for a portfolio of clients that cover FMCG, Finance and Entertainment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and exceptional in written and spoken English.
• Detailed minded team player and being able to work under pressure.
• A passion for creative excellence and enjoys team work.
