Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage client’s relationship and handle account
• Work closely with design team and responsible for account management and ensure client’s requirements and expectation are satisfied
• Check and ensure the accuracy and quality of every design layout and artwork
• Preparing documentation material

Requirement:

• 1-2 years working experiences in advertising production, customer services
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking skills
• A good team player with good interpersonal, communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Experience managing multiple clients or accounts in sales or customer service role
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in client-facing roles preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with system and software is an advantage
