Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Core Tasks

• Responsible for day-to-day project management and supporting the team
• Becomes a key contact point to Clients of the same corresponding level
• Independently manages the execution of the assigned campaigns, with minimal supervision
• Conducting desktop research, competitive updates and analyses

Administrative

• Assisting with requisitions, preparing cost estimates and invoices, and production schedules
• Preparing minutes post-meeting internally and with Clients
• Co-ordinating with cross departments to keep track of project progress and gatekeep on quality

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in account servicing preferred
• Passionate about advertising and communications
• Positive attitude and eager to learn
• High attention to details
• Up to date with the fast-changing digital landscape
• University degree, preferably in marketing and communications
• Proficiency in Cantonese, written Chinese, written and spoken English
• Fresh graduates are welcome
