Account Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

TBWA\Hong Kong is looking for an Account Manager to join our Business Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, pride yourself on attention to detail, and able to balance the responsibilities of working collaboratively and independently, this could be the role for you. 

Responsibilities:

• Act as a core team member of the Business team, overseeing projects for regional and local clients across different categories.
• Develop and execute project timelines, resource planning, budget planning, and operational matters.
• Maintain effective communication with the internal team, client team, and third parties.
• Manage production according to project requirements for the final deliverables, timeframe, and budget.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client support.
• Ensure the quality of the final output and delivery, as well as maintaining documentation records.
• Maintain good client relationships.
• Support the business team and other agency disciplines in new business exploration, research, reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in solid account servicing/project, preferably in creative, marketing, or production environment in Hong Kong
• Deep understanding of marketing campaigns and projects, from branding, strategy, creative development, and production, from project planning to execution
• Self-starter with strong presentation, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Good team player, outgoing, detail-minded, highly organized, and flexible
• Able to handle multitasks and working in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Able to maintain effective communication and productivity while working from home
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese required
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
