Accountant / Assistant Accountant

Job Duties:

• Maintain routine accounting operations including data input, issue invoice/purchase order, cheque payment, prepare vouchers, AR/AP, etc.
• Handling full set of accounting of HK, CN and USA company
• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare projection cash flow forecast
• Assist in the processing of Export Bills
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial report and account reconciliations
• Provide assistance in office administration and HR
• To assist the Finance & System Manager in various projects/initiatives which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting with LCCI higher or equivalent
• 10 years' solid accounting experience preferable in manufacturing industry
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently
• Knowledge of China bookkeeping and VAT fapiao processes preferred
• Knowledge in QuickBooks preferred
• With strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
• A team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated, multitasking, well organization skills and good communication skills
• Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
