ACCOUNTANT / ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT [Ref. A/AA]

Job Requirement and Description:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in sizable commercial companies
• To handle lease maintenance works including tenant inquiry, billing, receipt, credit control and turnover rent
• To maintain and monitor financial and management reports
• To prepare monthly financial statements, budget & forecast, profit tax computation and statutory accounts
• Proficient in using MS Word & Excel, knowledge in Oracle system preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered as Assistant Accountant
