Job Description
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in computer accounting system
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing and in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office application (Strong in Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good team player with positive attitude and strong motivation
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and performing accounting function including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation and taxation
- Assisting in HR/daily administrative support including approval processing, recording and filing
- Preparing monthly reports and analysis. Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and tax filing
- Lead work independently and provide guidance to team members
- Generate accurate management reports and contribute to the month-end closing process, analyzing financial data to provide valuable insights for decision-making
- Any other accounting related matters or ad-hoc assignments as required
