Responsibilities: -   

• Financial Review: Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with HKFRS 
• Internal Control: Evaluate and enhance internal controls over financial reporting to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of financial data 
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, analyzing variance, and providing insights for management 
• Audit and Tax Compliance: Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial documentation is accurate and readily available. Assist in tax compliance and reporting activities  
• Operations Monitoring: Oversee daily financial operations and cashflow, including payment and receipt handling, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transitions in compliance with Company Policies  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarter and other departments to facilitate financial reporting, operations, address inquiries, and support collaborative initiatives  
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as requested 

Who We Are Looking For: -   

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines 
• Qualified HKICPA/ ACCA or student members 
• At least 5 years of accounting/ auditing experience 
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting systems 
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problems solving skills.  
• Self-starter, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented 
• Good command of English and Mandarin
