Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR and payment arrangements by cheque and online banking. Tracking and arranging weekly, monthly and annual service payments.
- Handle Full set of Accounts independently, must have knowledge of trail balance, P&L & Balance Sheet.
- Bank Reconciliation including follow up with Banks for balances / facilities arrangement & update.
- Work closely and assist management in preparing regular reports and analysis.
- Assistance in statutory compliance of Audit, Tax Return and other compliance and Rules.
- Assistance in Filing of Annual Returns with the Company Registry, Salary returns to IRD.
- Assistance and arrangement of shipment & custom declarations including CO/CI.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with LCCI Level 3
- 2 to 3 years or above experience in handling full set of accounts
- Familiar with Accounting Software and Excel formulas is a must
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Responsible, accurate, honest and able to work under pressure & work independently
- Immediate or short notice available is highly preferred
