Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR and payment arrangements by cheque and online banking. Tracking and arranging weekly, monthly and annual service payments.
  • Handle Full set of Accounts independently, must have knowledge of trail balance, P&L & Balance Sheet.
  • Bank Reconciliation including follow up with Banks for balances / facilities arrangement & update.
  • Work closely and assist management in preparing regular reports and analysis.
  • Assistance in statutory compliance of Audit, Tax Return and other compliance and Rules.
  • Assistance in Filing of Annual Returns with the Company Registry, Salary returns to IRD.
  • Assistance and arrangement of shipment & custom declarations including CO/CI.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with LCCI Level 3
  • 2 to 3 years or above experience in handling full set of accounts
  • Familiar with Accounting Software and Excel formulas is a must
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Responsible, accurate, honest and able to work under pressure & work independently
  • Immediate or short notice available is highly preferred
