• Preparation of the Management Accounts, Costing and Financial Accounts
• Minimum 3-5 year work experience in accounting or auditing
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Accountant

Job duties

• Preparation of the Management Accounts, Costing and Financial Accounts.
• To be responsible for the preparation of monthly or yearly or ad hoc management reports for the Head of Finance, the Executives, the CEO and Board of Governors.
• Prepare statistic, P&L report and KPI to HOD, explain and discuss with HOD their departments’ performance.
• To be responsible for assisting the budget process, liaise with HOD, consolidate information, analyze data, assist to prepare report to Board of Governors and follow up with any amendment.
• Preparation of forecast during the year.
• Liaise with external financial auditor for year-end and interim audit, preparation of audit schedule and handle enquiries from auditor.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 year work experience in accounting or auditing
• High proficient in MS Office including Excel, VBA , SUN account and Vision.
• Good analytical and reporting skills, independent in work and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
• Preferably Qualified Accountant from professional accounting institutions under ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Accountant
• Immediate available is preferred
