Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:

Do you want to work in a fast-growing Cloud company? We are currently seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at a leading Cloud company. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounts receivable (AR) and payable (AP) operations, invoices, cheques, bank reconciliation, journal vouchers, and maintain bank balances
• Answer customers’ enquiries about billing and invoices in a professional and polite manner
• Assist in month-end closing and commission reports
• Ensure proper document filing and provide support to the department
• Assist in year-end audit and other ad hoc projects as required

We are looking for:

• Diploma in Accounting or above with LCCI intermediate level
• Minimum of 2 years working experience
• IT industry background is a plus
• Mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, stable, and well-organized
