ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrying out general accounting duties 負責執行一般會計職責;
• Prepare payment vouchers, debit notes and generate payment 準備付款憑證、收款票及處理付款;
• Assist to perform accounting analysis 協助進行會計分析。

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant working experience 至少兩年相關工作經驗；
• Knowledge on SAP system is an advantage 具有SAP系統的經驗和知識者優先；
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing 熟練使用MS Word, Excel和中文文書處理；
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST優秀的中英文書面和口語能力，流利的普通話是必須的。
