Accounting Manager

Job Descriptions & Requirement:

• Degree holder in Accounting or a related discipline
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with 5 years at the managerial level; experience in the property management field is preferred
• Monitor the Company’s cash flows, Accounts payable & receivable as well as approval of payments
• Manage company audits, financial reports, annual returns, company secretarial documents, etc.
• Reviewing client's monthly financial statements and reporting to the group
• Budget forecast and preparation, company tax and banking issues
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good communication skills in Mandarin
• Good leadership skills, proactive, and analytical with a strong business mindset
• Strong in financial accounting and familiar with the Flex system
• Experience in listed companies is an advantage
