Accounting Officer (5-Day Work)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily accounting duties of expense claims, invoices, and accounts receivable
• Prepare month end closing and other financial reports
• Reconcile suspense and accrual accounts and prepare journal adjustments
• Handle accounting and follow up issues
• Handle ad hoc assignment when required 

Job Requirements:  

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized system
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Experience in FLEX accounting system is an advantage
