Accounting Officer

• Handle the monthly accounts closing and supervise a small team
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA or equivalent)

The role:

• Handle the monthly accounts closing and supervise a small team
• Prepare monthly reports and regular financial packs for management team and board to review the business performance
• Assist on the financial forecast on a monthly basis
• Assist on the 5-year budget plan on an annual basis
• Provide financial analysis to examine the state of company’s financial health
• Prepare regular and ad hoc analytical reports required by the management team
• Prepare & submit regular and ad hoc reports to the Government
• Participate in computerized system enhancement and development

Skills and attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience [candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Accounting Officer]
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
