What you’ll be doing? 

• Handle data entry in accounting system and document filing
• Maintain and update financial records
• Responsible for accounts payable, ensuring timely payments
• Respond to inquiries from management and external parties regarding financial matters
• Prepare for month-end and year-end closings, maintain schedules and reports
• Conduct bank reconciliation
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignment

 What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
