Accounting Officer

*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer

Responsibilities: 

- Handle full set accounting duties for Engineering/Construction companies
- Handle daily accounting operation including AP, AR & GL
- Prepare the financial reporting schedules, financial analysis and bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis
- Operate various systems for projects, rebate, commission, fixed assets and inventory provision
- Ensure all invoices and processed in a timely and accurate manner 
- Perform monthly reconciliation for bank and other creditors accounts
- Reconcile various group companies transactions and reports
- Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required

 Requirements
- Diploma/LCC Higher Level
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferable in Engineering/Construction industry
- Working knowledge of MYOB or other similar system
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good numerical sense, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in using PC application, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
