Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Check sales package contracts and issue invoices
- Communicate with varies departments on events issue
- Check the work orders and purchase orders and identify expense nature
- Check payment certificate from service partners in according to the contracts
- Process event revenue booking, costing and make accrual in month end closing
- Review Food purchase and monthly consumption reports and prepare food cost calculation in month end closing
- Update forecast and actual event revenue in system
- Prepare ad-hoc event margin analysis from Business development department
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline/equivalents
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience. Accounting-related work experience is preferred
- Attention to details, ability to work under pressure with deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and possess drive for continual improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel application
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
