Accounting Specialist

We are a travel-tech company with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Beijing.

Qualifications & experience

• Undergraduate degree or above, with major in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of work experience in tax, accounting and finance, Mainland China experience a plus.
• Understand accounting standards such as IFRS and HKFRS, as well as the complete set of tax procedures in Hong Kong.
• Working languages are Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Fluent in Cantonese and an ability to utilize Mandarin to communicate in business settings a must.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping cash flow verification, preparation of vouchers, account book registrations, and other financial accounting work.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate recording and processing, and participate in the signing of the company's external contracts.
• Prepare and review the company's financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.
• Responsible for tax filings and ensuring that they are completed on time and accurately.
