Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day account/finance related issues e.g. generate invoicing/ receipts & monthly reports, manage account reconciliations, book-keeping, office general expenses/petty cash, liaising with auditor… etc.
  • Besides working closely with admin team on enrolment related payment, will also be involved in other admin responsibility both frontline (e.g follow up with parents & enquiries, scheduling/ make up) and back office duties (such as procurement, inventory review, office set up) and other general administrative areas that help support the smooth running of operations
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and involve in administrative duties as required and fitting

Requirements:

  • University degree in relevant field
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
  • Team player, able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office, excel in particular
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • 5-day work (Available to work on Saturdays)
  • Immediately available is preferred
