Job Description

We are a prominent Hong Kong listed company in the sector of property development, investment and management, and are seeking a vitality and potential candidate to join our dynamic Finance Department at our Hong Kong Head Office.  As an Accounts Clerk, you will assist the Accountant/Finance Manager in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations including cheque payments, data entries, preparation of vouchers, accounts payable and receivable, etc.
  • Maintain the Company’s bank accounts and liaise with banks.
  • Handle bank book and bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with Finance Department of our Shanghai Head Office to support compliance, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
  • Support external auditor during annual audits such as arrangement of bank confirmations, etc.
  • Assist and participate in any ad-hoc projects.

 

Requirements:

  • F5 / DSE or above with LCCI Level 2 or above.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting field.
  • Independent, hardworking and carefulness.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
