Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Assist general admin. work

- Filing, data entry, and daily office duties

- Issue invoice, receipt, credit note & prepare cheque / electronic payment

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- F.6 or above, 1 year working experience is preferred

- Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese & Putonghua

- Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Windows, MS Outlook

- Self-motivated, responsible & hardworking
