Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting function, including data entries, prepare vouchers, issue cheques etc.
  • Handle accounts payable, account receivables and general ledgers
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE and LCC Intermediate in Accounting or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in legal firm but not a prerequisite
  • A good team player, proactive, accurate, reliable and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
