Accounts Clerk

ETS-Testconsult Limited, is one of the leading, totally independent materials testing and inspection companies in Hong Kong and Asia. To cope with the expansion of business.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including AR or AP duties
• Assist in monthly financial and internal management review reports preparation including income statement, bank book, AR/AP reports, cash flow statement, expense analysis report and fixed asset register
• Prepare general ledger and accounting entries
• Monitor outstanding balance of AR and AP and follow up for settlement
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Form 5/Form 6 with LCCI level or Diploma/Certificate holder in accounting or related disciplines
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in accounting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge in accounting system is an advantage
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Immediate available is highly preferable
