Job Description

Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide general office administrative support on daily operations.
  • Responsible for day to day accounting duties including cash management, payment processing and follow up outstanding invoices.
  • Handle AR/AP and perform bank reconciliation.
  • Handle full set of accounts independently.
  • Prepare monthly financial statement and various management reports as per request.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • F.5/HKDSE or above with LCCI intermediate level or above.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Trading firm.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Chinese word processing.
  • Experience in using MYOB will be an advantage.
  • Well organized, mature, independent, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Work location: Kwun Tong ( 5 minutes walk for MTR station)
