Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations, providing a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
- Coordinate and manage administrative projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Organize and support internal and external meetings and events, handling logistics such as venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
- Oversee petty cash management, ensuring proper documentation and timely reconciliation of expenses.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
- Enhance employee satisfaction by facilitating initiatives, events, and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on local and international administrative best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Handle communication and correspondence in both English and Mandarin, ensuring clear and effective information flow.
- Assist other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration gained in a large, fast-paced fintech company is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discipline and flexibility in problem-solving.
- Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in both English and Mandarin.
