Administration Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers
- Maintain updated systems for mailing, and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
- Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
- Type, format, proofread and edit documents from notes or dictation
- Prepare meeting agendas; attend meetings to take notes and write minutes
- Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records
- Make travel arrangements for personnel
- Outdoor work is needed due to work requirement
- Handle business correspondence, confidential documents and other administrative duties, including Human Resource coordination
- Any ad hoc assignment as requested
- Prepare power point slide, well knower on word and excel format document
Administrative Clerk Requirements and Qualifications
• Diploma Holder in any disciplines with minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Strong in problem-solving, time management, interpersonal skills and prioritization skills.
• At lease 1-2 years of secretarial or administration experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Smart, fast, highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Independent, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• PC knowledge is a MUST
• Outgoing personality, hard-working, Independent and can work under pressure
• Strong in e-media app is more preferable
• Immediate available is preferable
