Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day administration functions, including but not limited to arrange office supplies, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, filing, meeting arrangement, stationeries and pantry’s supplies, phone answering, courier arrangement, flight booking of staffs, etc.;
- Assist Supervisor in all kinds of project handling and preparation, including license application, Fire Service Installation and Equipment and matters of Labour Earnings Survey, etc.;
- Liaise with both internal customers, external suppliers to ensure services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team;
- Support in ad-hoc tasks and administrative matters as assigned.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or above or equivalent required;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role ideally in fast paced company with pharmaceutical is preferred;
- Knowledge of handling import/export matters and the use of government E-Systems such as PLAMMS, Trade Single Window is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, Putonghua is preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated;
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
