Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including procurement, office and equipment maintenance, payment requisition, filing, etc.
  • Support in office systems control (e.g. safety and security, phone and mobile, etc.)
  • Inventory management and office administration. 
  • Other assigned ad hoc administrative tasks 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in administrative management, preferably in a multi-site retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance practices.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge in MS office.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
