Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to manage office renovation projects
  • Support in security and access control systems
  • Facilities and fixed assets management
  • Provide general administrative support including procurement, office and equipment maintenance, payment  requisition, filing, etc.
  • Other assigned ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Candidate with solid office renovation and/or financial experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Details-minded, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude is a must
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
