Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team including handle incoming correspondences, emails, co-ordinate in/out documentations and arrange meetings
- Assist in providing secretarial support to Supervisor such as schedule appointment, prepare meeting material and etc.
- Develop and maintain a proper filing and document control system
- Assist the team to arrange roster and payment
- Attend and take minutes of internal meetings when required
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above, preferably in relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ Sales and Marketing administration work experience
- Experience in property developers or sizable firms is preferred
- Organized, flexible and stable with mature working attitude
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available will be an advantage
