Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team including handle incoming correspondences, emails, co-ordinate in/out documentations and arrange meetings
  • Assist in providing secretarial support to Supervisor such as schedule appointment, prepare meeting material and etc.
  • Develop and maintain a proper filing and document control system
  • Assist the team to arrange roster and payment
  • Attend and take minutes of internal meetings when required
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  •   Diploma holder or above, preferably in relevant disciplines
  •   Minimum 3 years’ Sales and Marketing administration work experience
  •   Experience in property developers or sizable firms is preferred
  •   Organized, flexible and stable with mature working attitude
  •   Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  •   Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  •   Immediately available will be an advantage
