Job descriptions:
•⁠ ⁠providing a wide range of administrative support to the team in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of business operations;
•⁠ ⁠Manage office supplies and equipment purchases
•⁠ ⁠Support and monitor operation in warehouse
•⁠ ⁠Handle inventory control and update related record
•⁠ ⁠Perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or his delegates.
•⁠ ⁠Occasional over-time work is required
•⁠ ⁠Outdoor work or heavy lifting may occasionally required
Requirments:
•⁠ ⁠HKCEE / HKDSE or above (fresh graduate is also welcomed)
•⁠ ⁠1-year related experience is preferred but not a must
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•⁠ ⁠A good team-player, independent, proactive, and able to work flexibly & multi-task under pressure
•⁠ ⁠Good command of English and Chinese
•⁠ ⁠Immediately available is highly preferred
