Administrative Assistant, Finance and Estates Office (Ref.: 25/23/FEO/AA)
Duties:
The appointee is responsible for (a) providing clerical support in the Finance and Estates Office; (b) performing counter duties; (c) answering inquiries; (d) preparing receipts and payment vouchers; and (e) handling purchases requisitions, etc.
Appointment Criteria:
Applicants should (a) have possessed a diploma or above qualification in accounting, property management or other relevant disciplines; (b) be competent in computing applications; (c) have at least one year’s relevant work experience; and (d) be a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
Preference will be given to applicants who are immediately available. Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Administrative Assistant.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
