Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical and administration support;
- Perform travel arrangements including air ticket booking, hotel accommodation, ground
- Provide trade show logistics support;
- Responsible for procurement of office supplies and office maintenance;
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above;
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration field;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player;
- Proficient in Mac or PC skills and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
