Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical and administration support;
  • Perform travel arrangements including air ticket booking, hotel accommodation, ground
transportation and visa application etc;
  • Provide trade show logistics support;
  • Responsible for procurement of office supplies and office maintenance;
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above;
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration field;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player;
  • Proficient in Mac or PC skills and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
