Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for all administrative and reception duties of the office issues, including guests greeting, incoming calls & enquiries, mailing order, meeting arrangement, logistic support, office supplies replenishment, travel arrangement, and etc.
  2. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
  3. Plan, schedule, promote company events, and coordinate relevant admin duties.
  4. Assist in expense claims reimbursement and process invoice payments.
  5. Provide administrative support to supervisors or team members.
  6. Handle ad hoc tasks.

Main Requirements:

  1. Diploma or above in Business Administration or relative disciplines.
  2. Minimum 2 years' working experience in reception/admin or hotel/customer service. Candidates with more relevant experience are welcome and will be considered as a senior role.
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
  4. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  6. Self-motivated, well-organized, willing to learn and strong sense of responsibility.
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Pleasant personality and good telephone manner.
