Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all administrative and reception duties of the office issues, including guests greeting, incoming calls & enquiries, mailing order, meeting arrangement, logistic support, office supplies replenishment, travel arrangement, and etc.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
- Plan, schedule, promote company events, and coordinate relevant admin duties.
- Assist in expense claims reimbursement and process invoice payments.
- Provide administrative support to supervisors or team members.
- Handle ad hoc tasks.
Main Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or relative disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in reception/admin or hotel/customer service. Candidates with more relevant experience are welcome and will be considered as a senior role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, willing to learn and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and good telephone manner.
