Role responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for overall reception duties and office administration work
  • To handle all incoming & outgoing company mail / parcels
  • To greet visitors politely
  • To provide office administrative support such as travel tickets arrangement, office equipment maintenance, service arrangement, stationary ordering and etc.
  • To provide clerical support and perform other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE or above with two years’ relevant working experience
  • Approachable, polite with strong customer service sense
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
