Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all-rounded office administration functions: maintenance of office equipment, office supplies management, receptionist, etc.
  • Order Office and Warehouse supplies, control inventory and monitor usage
  • Maintain service administrative on payment and provide general administration support
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Support Administration Supervisor ad hoc job tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Management
  • 1-2 years working experience in office administration
  • Mature, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
