Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the pre- and post-logistics for training courses, including course promotion, enquries handling, course enrollment, trainers’ recruitment, course materials and reports preparation, etc.
  • Maintain records and prepare the statistics for training courses
  • Provide support in formulating and updating the training course plan
  • Liaise with co-organisers to ensure smooth delivery of training courses
  • Review and recommend improvement and update on training courses and materials
  • Provide support to the Education & Professional Training Committee as needed
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor

Requirements

  • A recognised degree and profound knowledge in project management would be an advantage;
  • A minimum of 2 years post-qualification work experience;
  • Good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to details; ability to meet tight schedule, work independently under pressure, and prioritise multiple tasks;
  • High standard of integrity
  • Competence in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing; and
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.


Remuneration packages will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
