Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the management.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory levels on a regular basis and arrange equipment repair when necessary.
- Perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls and greeting guests, handling mails and courier.
- Assist to prepare meeting minutes, business correspondences, presentation materials, memo and management reporting, etc.
- Participant for daily accounting operation and assist to prepare reports
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experience(Fresh graduate also consider)
- Degree holder or high diploma in any discipline
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
