Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Receptionist & Office Assistants to provide daily administrative support and maintain a safe and hygienic working environment;
• Prepare onboarding procedures, but not limited to preparing name card printing, updating floor plan & phone system, etc.;
• Review vendor's performance and service agreements;
• Organize company annual dinner and all staff activities;
• Assist in office renovation and relocation;
• Assist in business travel arrangements;
• Back up receptionist when requested;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizable organization;
• Cheerful, well-organized with excellent communication & negotiation skills;
• Open-minded & willing to drive change with "can do" attitude;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Administrative Officer.
