Job Description

  • Handle customers’ inquiries via call and email in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers’ satisfaction level via different channels.
  • Provide proactive follow up and quality services.
  • Prepare quotation, PM scheduling, tender document, warranty contract management, price negotiation, billing, spare parts ordering, etc and after-sales support.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers.
  • Support special of ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly.
  • To perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in business administration or other related disciplines.
  • 3+ years work experience in customer service or sales administration.
  • Self-motivated, detailed-minded, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to motivate the team for continuous improvement in performance.
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese.
  • PC knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Experience on ERP system e.g. Oracle Netsuite will be an advantage.
