Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR and operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
