Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address issues and support team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Employ computer skills to manage databases, create reports, and utilize various software applications.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, contributing to a welcoming office atmosphere.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support overall team and office operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the office assistant to ensure seamless operations.
  • Be available to work on Saturdays for routine office maintenance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and guests, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Exhibit good time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or above; relevant administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in both Chinese and English, with good Cantonese communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office and possess good computer operation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive and positive, able to work under pressure, with a willingness to learn new knowledge.
