Air Freight Operation Clerk (Day and Night Shifts)

Responsible:

• Handle and prepare full set of air export and import documents
• Issue invoice for payment collection from agents, customers and co-loaders
• Check and monitor the cargo uplift status
• Shift duty is required
• Coordinating with sub-contractors, airlines and agents for cost & invoicing, monitoring shipment status & follow-up

Requirements:

• 1 year relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate is welcome
• Form 5 or DSE
• Fair in English and Mandarin
• Basic computer operations
• Independent, detail conscious and able to work under pressure
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Willing to perform overnight shift duty & working in holiday
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
