Analyst Programmer/ System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IT systems for enterprise and government clients.
• Provide technical support for system troubleshooting post-deployment.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define requirements and project scope.
• Develop, test, maintain, and document systems based on client needs.

Qualifications:

• High Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience in system integration; 1+ year of experience in Government projects is a bonus.
• Proficiency in programming languages like C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, Java, HTML5, NET Core, etc.
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.
• Knowledge of web-based applications, object-oriented programming, and relational databases like Node.js, jQuery, React, AJAX, RESTful API, etc.
• Experience with Lotus Domino and GitHub is advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
