Application Scientist (5 Days Work)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Coordinate and conduct technical training or demonstrations for our products.
2. Provide application and troubleshooting support to customers in experimental design, data processing, software operation, and sample preparation. Conduct preliminary on-site visits to identify root causes and provide feedback.
3. Match customer application needs with our products and offer workflow-oriented solutions.
4. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
5. Support sales efforts and business growth through technical presentations and by organizing workshops and seminars.
6. Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, Product Specialists, and Field Service Engineers to ensure customer success with our products.
7. Conduct internal product training for Sales.
8. Maintain proficiency in all product lines, instruments, and applications.
9. Stay updated on current commercial products, research strategies, and competitors.
10. Create reports on the outcomes of duties for supervisors.
11. Proactively share experiences, knowledge, and skills with peers to foster a culture of professionalism within the organization.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Hold an M.Phil degree or higher in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field. Exceptional undergraduates with strong knowledge and skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Possess hands-on experience with a wide array of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, qPCR, nucleic acid and protein extraction, Western Blot, sequencing, and immunoassays.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Showcase exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
