Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:

• Handle design projects from schematic to tender drawings for commercial and residential projects
• Liaise with suppliers, clients and contractors / sub-contractors

 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Architecture / Interior design, or related disciplines;
• 3-5 years relevant experience in residential, commercial, and university fields
• Experience in high-end residential design is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp with Enscape / Twinmotion is a must; experience with Revit and Photoshop is preferred
• Ability to handle a full set of construction drawings, including interior detailing and preparing material sample boards
• Strong design ability and presentation skills 
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese 
• Ability to multi-task, passionate, work independently, be self-motivated, and committed
