Art Director / Assistant Art Director

Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Responsible for graphic design from concept to final artwork
•⁠  ⁠Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and support their professional development.
•⁠  ⁠Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and present design concepts.
•⁠  ⁠Work collaboratively with the video team and project team to develop design artwork
•⁠  ⁠Supporting includes:
   * Graphic design: print ads, branding, packaging design
   * Animation storyboard development, video graphic support
   * Event theme/gimmick design and items development
   * Campaign ideas and exhibitions
   * Digital: e.g., social media posts, website UI/UX design, etc.

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠6+ years of design/creative agency experience
•⁠  ⁠Certificate/Diploma or degree in multimedia design, video production, or other relevant disciplines preferred
•⁠  ⁠Fluency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign, Figma, and After Effects will be a plus
•⁠  ⁠Excellent in graphic design, with a perfectionist approach to design details
•⁠  ⁠Accuracy in output—online and print
•⁠  ⁠Able to work independently and meet timelines
•⁠  ⁠Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, and responsible
•⁠  ⁠Strong presenter who can confidently present ideas and designs to teams and clients
•⁠  ⁠Willing to explore more in AI technology to optimize design is a bonus
