Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our Facility Management software for our clients in the property development and facility management consulting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions, meeting client requirements, and managing project timelines.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and software capabilities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, managing resources and timelines effectively.
2. Client Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and our implementation team.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide project updates.
3. Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed requirements for software customization and configuration.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable project tasks and deliverables.
4. Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, including software developers, consultants, and support staff.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets project milestones.
5. Quality Assurance:
  • Implement robust testing procedures to ensure the software meets client expectations and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks at key project milestones.
6. Training and Documentation:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for client teams on software usage and best practices.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for software configurations and customizations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 - 10 years) in project management, preferably in software implementation for property and facility management.
  • Familiarity with Facility Management concepts and industry practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
